Role Description
As an Integration & Success Manager, you take on a central role in the technical implementation of integrations with new partners. You accompany specific integration projects that arise from business opportunities and ensure that our systems are successfully and professionally connected with external solutions.
In close collaboration with the Business & Integration Lead, you develop technical implementation plans, support integrators throughout the entire implementation process, and ensure a smooth transition to operational business. This position combines technical understanding, communication skills, and execution capability.
An ideal role for someone who takes responsibility, enjoys working with partners, and wants to dive deep technically.
Your Tasks
Technical Project Implementation and Partner Support
- Implementation of new integration projects with external partners
- Technical consulting and development of solution approaches based on existing APIs and systems
- Support in architectural decisions and technical questions during project implementation
- Close coordination with the Business & Integration Lead to manage project progress and partner expectations
- Documentation, testing, and handover to the support and operations team
Coordination and Quality Assurance
- Ensuring quality, stability, and scalability during implementation
- Planning and coordination of rollout steps (pilot, go-live, follow-up support)
- Technical analysis and error diagnosis (e.g., log files, HTTP requests, JSON, webhooks)
- Participation in the further development of internal integration processes
Interface Work within the Team
- Collaboration with product management, support, DevOps, and partner management
- Contribution to internal knowledge transfer and technical documentation
What You Bring
Must-Have Criteria
- Completed technical training or degree (e.g., computer science, systems engineering)
- At least two years of experience in technical implementation, integration, or IT project work
- Very good knowledge in handling APIs (REST, webhooks), data structures (JSON), and logs
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1 / C2 level)
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
Nice to Have
- Experience in payment transactions, e-commerce, or with POS systems
- Knowledge in using tools like Postman, Kibana, monitoring or logging platforms
- Experience working with external partners or system integrators
