Are you interested in a new versatile challenge? We are looking for you to strengthen our IT team
starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
This is your task
- Support and advise IT users
- Maintain, manage, and further develop specialist applications, IT services, and IT infrastructure in collaboration with external partners
- Commission, maintain, and manage desktop computers, notebooks, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Administration and management of user accounts (application, Active Directory)
- Participation in IT projects
- Perform tasks of incident and problem management in the service desk
- Low-threshold ICT support for the residents of Schlossgarten Riggisberg
This is what you bring
- a completed IT apprenticeship EFZ or training in the ICT field with specialization in system technology and/or a completed IT education at HF level
- good knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- professional experience in the ICT help desk area
- a team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality with a high level of commitment and quality orientation
