Your Challenge

• Planning, control, and monitoring of the product portfolio to be produced in the standard and special area
• Management and monitoring of key components such as glass, films, and other materials with expiration dates
• Ensuring production supply in close cooperation with purchasing, logistics, and R&D
• Creating production planning in coordination with purchasing, production, and service and continuously adapting it to delivery situations
• Participation in projects for the implementation of new technologies and processes
• Development and maintenance of production plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels
• Analysis of production and inventory data to identify bottlenecks and improvement potentials in planning
• Maintenance of master data, work plans, and bills of materials in the ERP system
• Assistance in the continuous improvement process and quality management

Your Profile

• Completed technical or electrical basic training.
• Further training as a process specialist, process technician HF, or similar field
• Professional experience in production planning and control, ideally in PV module manufacturing or a comparable production environment
• Sound knowledge of materials management as well as understanding of capacity and resource planning
• Confident handling of ERP or MRP systems, SAGE knowledge is an advantage, as well as very good MS Office skills
• Very good analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Structured, solution-oriented working style, teamwork, reliability, and resilience
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
