Your areas of responsibility:

• Operation and monitoring of building technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, locking system, fire alarm system, etc.)
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks, garden and surroundings design in a team/independently
• Assistance in the training of apprentices
• Willingness to be on call on weekends

Your profile:

• Completed training in a manual-technical field, ideally specialist in facility maintenance
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• High technical affinity, experience with building maintenance
• Enjoyment in contact with elderly people and versatile caretaker tasks, work indoors and outdoors
• Willingness to participate in task-related further training
• Independent, structured and responsible working style, ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driver's license category B
