- Responsibility for the administration and management of our properties (residential and commercial real estate), including rental contracts, ancillary cost statements, and rent payments
- Negotiation and preparation of rental contracts as well as their documentation and archiving
- Contact person for our tenants for all concerns
- Client representation during conversions and renovations
- Monitoring the budget, including maintenance and repairs, as well as reporting to management
Your Profile
- Federal diploma in property management
- Solid knowledge of tenancy law and maintenance
- Experience as a project manager or sub-project manager in construction projects
- High personal responsibility and intrinsic motivation as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Assertiveness, resilience, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
