- Creating complex IT architectures across all IT layers
- Analysis and architectural evaluation of IT systems regarding architecture, technology stack, integration capability, scalability, lifecycle, risks, and strategy compliance
- Identification of architectural deficits and technical debt
- Creation of structured analysis reports and architectural recommendations
- Creating and maintaining architecture documentation
- Knowledge transfer within the team
What you bring
- Degree in computer science or a related discipline, or sufficient professional experience with appropriate further training
- Several years of professional experience as an ICT architect, IT project manager, or long-standing experience as a system or software engineer
- Enthusiasm for agile working methods (DevSecOps), hands-on mentality, and good self-management
- Very good communication skills as well as solution-oriented and networked thinking
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to abstract
- Very good German skills, French and English skills (level B2) are an advantage
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
