At our plant in Kreuzlingen, we have been producing acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives for a wide range of self-adhesive products for almost 40 years with about 100 employees. The sustainable improvement and optimization of our products is an important corporate goal of Avery Dennison and our plant in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland on Lake Constance.

Job Description

What we expect from you:

• Ensuring plant availability
• Preparing the plants for production, setting and monitoring the required parameters
• Independently operating our process control system and monitoring our polymerization plants
• Participating in process optimizations
• Working in a three-shift system with weekly shift changes

Qualifications

What you should bring:

• Very good German language skills
• Completed vocational training (technical or chemical background)
• Several years of professional experience as a plant operator (m/f) in an industrial company
• Strong quality awareness
• Independent working style, reliability, safety awareness, and flexibility
• Willingness to work shifts (three-shift system with weekly shift changes)
