Specialist in Occupational Health Management 60% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Continuous development of occupational health management including analysis of key figures, controlling and evaluation
• Planning and implementation of measures for health promotion and prevention, including events and workshops
• Incorporation of current scientific findings into innovative OHM measures
• Preparation of presentations as well as support for workshops and events
• Annual review and adjustment of strategic and operational OHM goals
• Updating and structuring of documents, guidelines and materials
• Continuation of the Friendly Work Space certification
• Responsibility for internal and external communication of GF Health as well as maintenance of the content of our intranet site We@GF and Viva Engage
• Ensuring the currency and compliance of the OHM budget

Your profile:

• Completed studies in health sciences: focus on occupational health management, health promotion and prevention or an equivalent degree or further training
• Several years of professional experience in occupational health management are required
• Experience in accompanying or conducting Friendly Work Space certifications is necessary
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style with very good conceptual skills
• Openness to digital tools, social media and AI
• High proactivity and communication skills
• Good German and English skills are required
