Job Description

With this new professional challenge, you will be able to demonstrate your talent through the following missions:

• Manage the application lifecycle (quality, security, performance).
• Plan and manage maintenance and technical evolutions.
• Design and deploy new versions (releases).
• Supervise operations and ensure service continuity.
• Provide support and incident management.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate stakeholders and contribute to the improvement of the IT system.

Qualifications

To ensure our success, you will play a key role by bringing:

• HES/ETS engineer, university degree or federal diploma in computer science
• Comprehensive IT experience: application management, project monitoring, support and coordination of internal/external teams (TMA, suppliers).
• Mastery of the Application Manager role and ITIL processes (incidents, problems, service continuity).
• Strong technical skills: component installation, impact analysis, system integration, development basics and Java log reading.
• Infrastructure & platform expertise: databases (Oracle, SQL Server, SQL), Linux, Openshift (asset), CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket).
• Monitoring & testing tools: AppDynamics, Splunk, JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Xray (tests), JIRA configuration (asset).
• Security & identity knowledge: SAML, OIDC, Keycloak
