These are your tasks:
- As a finance professional, you support all financial matters of our economically oriented foundation
- You ensure the professional management of the general ledger as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, including dunning and debt collection, within the team
- You manage cash management and ensure liquidity
- Execution and further development of controlling
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Management of fixed asset accounting in the ERP system and monitoring of construction accounts
- Preparation of quarterly, monthly, and semi-annual financial statements including reporting
- Preparation of the annual financial statements according to SWISS GAAP FER 21
- Support and advise management on various projects
What you bring
- Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting
- Several years of experience in accounting in an SME or a similar function
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Abacus ERP system is a prerequisite
- Networked, cross-departmental thinking and acting with a high quality standard
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Team player, flexible, humorous, service-oriented, and independent
