Your Tasks
As a student, you care for and accompany our patients. Under professional, competent guidance and supervision, you acquire the necessary skills for the intensive care area during your training period according to the requirements of the framework curriculum for intensive care. In addition to your expertise, you bring ideas and creativity and are willing to embrace new things. Learning in our area is very important to us and is therefore supported both by the entire team and by the existing modern infrastructure. You work in teams of about 40 employees. Professional staff, trainers, and the medical service support you in your work and learning. Together with the educational provider of the Aargau Vocational School for Anesthesia, Intensive Care, and Emergency Care (see afsain), which organizes the theoretical education, we support and promote our students in everyday life.
Your Profile
You are a committed, open-minded personality, have a diploma in health and nursing HF/FH or an equivalent qualification, and at least 6 months of full-time professional experience in the acute sector. If you lack professional experience, we enable you to acquire it in one of our intensive care units. You have an appropriate understanding of patients in intensive care units, enjoy your profession, interdisciplinary collaboration, and want to further develop your nursing competence. Dealing with rapidly changing, complex situations is a welcome challenge for you.
