- Professional, organizational, and personnel leadership of the cleaning team
- Ensuring professional maintenance and specialized cleaning according to hygiene standards and guidelines
- Planning, coordinating, and controlling cleaning work as well as scheduling and vacation planning for employees
- Responsibility for ordering and proper storage of cleaning materials
- Monitoring and compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
- Participation in cross-departmental projects and continuous optimization of cleaning processes
- Assuming the role of area safety officer
This is what you bring |
- Completed training as a specialist in household management EFZ, cleaning technology specialist EFZ, or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the field and leadership experience
- High social competence, assertiveness, and an independent working style
- Good PC/IT user knowledge
- Driving license category B is mandatory
- Trainer course is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Strong quality and sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working with people with disabilities and developing teams
