About the job

To complement our service team in the Printing Solutions area we are looking for the Central Switzerland region immediately or by arrangement for a committed and motivated

Field Service Technician (m/f/d) 100%

Your Tasks

Configuration, maintenance and repair of printers and MFP multifunction devices
On-site service at the customer
Integration of the MFP into the customer's IT environment
Mostly independent planning and coordination of service deployments
Cross-regional deployments in the absence of other service technicians

Your Profile

Several years of experience in electromechanical, technical activities within a service department
Completed training in ICT, electrical engineering or electromechanics, preferably with HP certification
Sound knowledge of printers and multifunction devices
Independent, efficient, customer-oriented thinking and acting
Well-groomed appearance, pleasant manners and good communication skills
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Valid driving license category B
Flexible, communicative and resilient
