Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the telephone approach of leads (potential new customers, no cold calling)
- Your area of responsibility also includes the follow-up of inquiries and appointment scheduling
- In addition, you document all conversations and update customer data in the CRM system
- You coordinate leads and ensure that handovers run smoothly
Your strengths
- You make calls with passion and enthusiasm and have a structured way of working
- You bring joy and experience in telephone contact in lead processing (potential customers)
- Your friendliness, good communication and strong sales skills set you apart
- You are familiar with creating a pleasant conversation, persuasiveness and skill in verbal expression
- You have good MS Office skills, are technically savvy and master the German and French languages, English and Italian skills are an advantage
- Market-oriented base salary
