• Ensuring and monitoring the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas according to quality standards
• Coordination of cleaning projects in the room area
• Arranging necessary repairs and controlling their execution
• Clarification and coordination of issues in cooperation with the First Housekeeper
• Ensuring general office organization and securing workflows
• Scheduling cleaning staff in the room area for day or evening shifts
• Monitoring duty rosters, as well as organizing and controlling the deployment of employees, temporary workers, and external companies
• Economic management of work materials and management of the lost and found office
• Training of employees, trainees, and interns working in housekeeping

• At least 2 years of professional experience in housekeeping as well as initial leadership experience in the hotel industry
• Very good German and English skills are required; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance and a well-groomed appearance
• An eye for detail and highest standards of quality
