As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Ensuring and monitoring the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas according to quality standards
- Coordination of cleaning projects in the room area
- Arranging necessary repairs and controlling their execution
- Clarification and coordination of issues in cooperation with the First Housekeeper
- Ensuring general office organization and securing workflows
- Scheduling cleaning staff in the room area for day or evening shifts
- Monitoring duty rosters, as well as organizing and controlling the deployment of employees, temporary workers, and external companies
- Economic management of work materials and management of the lost and found office
- Training of employees, trainees, and interns working in housekeeping
- At least 2 years of professional experience in housekeeping as well as initial leadership experience in the hotel industry
- Very good German and English skills are required; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Professional appearance and a well-groomed appearance
