- Central hub for administrative law permits with internal and external contact to partners
- Handling traffic law concerns (temporary signage, construction sites, etc.) in terms of traffic safety
- Management of the Permits & Support area (personnel leadership of 3 employees) as well as deputy head of the security department
- Processing demanding applications and security-relevant issues for the municipal council and the population
- Deputy chief of staff in crisis management
You bring with you
- Police officer with a federal specialist certificate or commercial basic training with experience in public administration
- Further training in administrative law and personnel management is an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal bases and permit procedures
- Service-oriented, resilient, and proactive personality
- High independence, personal responsibility as well as persuasion and assertiveness
- Very good German skills and confident written expression
- Very good IT user skills
