Communication and Events Specialist (m/f/d) Focus on Internal/External Events and Network Work 60%

The vision of the visoparents foundation is a society in which every person can live equally with their individual abilities and strengths.

The visoparents foundation has around 140 employees. In addition to the daycare centers, the special education day school, the IFA school (Intensive Support Autism Cycle 1), and the parent and professional counseling, the twelve employees of the head office take care of administration, finance, HR management, communication, and fundraising.

To complement our Communication & Fundraising team in the head office, we are looking for you starting June 15, 2026 or by arrangement.

• You enthusiastically, professionally, and hospitably conduct family events, networking events, and other public appearances
• You independently implement communication measures, partly in collaboration with internal departments and/or external agencies
• You further expand our network and maintain relationships with partners
• You participate in institutional and public fundraising
• You maintain and manage the CRM system and perform administrative tasks

• You have training in communication/marketing
• Ideally, you have initial experience in event management
• You are service-oriented, sociable, and strong in communication when dealing with people
• You find the right words in conversations and when writing texts
• You are a team-oriented personality, work goal-oriented and self-organized
