The M&A and International Tax Team advises the world’s leading domestic and international companies on complex international acquisitions, restructurings, capital market transactions, supply chain projects, and more, and is among the top advisors in Switzerland and worldwide in tax law.

Your main tasks

• You will take on diverse and very demanding consulting tasks in the area of M&A and International Tax and support our mandates in creative tax consulting in international tax law

• Active project work from day one, multifaceted training opportunities, and the chance to build a network of professionals

• The complexity of international tax consulting makes the work a particularly interesting and varied field of activity

• The opportunity for a secondment to the Swiss Tax Desk in New York will motivate you to achieve top performance both professionally and personally

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or law is required. We will train you to become a certified tax expert.

• A must: interest in proactive consulting activities; a plus: practical experience in business and law

• Success factors that will help you advance with us: teamwork, determination, commitment, affinity for numbers, and quick comprehension.

• As an international company, we require German and English; additional languages are an advantage
