What you can achieve

Organization, coordination, and execution of customer orders for Switzerland and export in compliance with laws, country, or customer regulations
Scheduling and monitoring of customer orders
Disposition of delivery and organization of worldwide transports (air freight, truck)
Preparation of export customs declaration and monitoring of eVV export
Administrative handling of repair orders including preparation of cost estimates and return shipment
Preparation of offers and down payment invoices
Organization of shipping demo material with Carnet ATA
Checking sanction recipients
Obtaining and managing customer forecasts
Handling complaints and claims
Monitoring advance payments and credit limits
General correspondence with customers regarding price inquiries, articles, data sheets, etc.
Preparation of certificates for tender documents and insurance certificates
Freight inquiries and clarifications with forwarding agents

What sets you apart

Commercial training is an advantage with further training as an order processing clerk or foreign trade specialist
Experience in order processing in export
Very good German and English skills
Independent, customer- and service-oriented working style
Very good MS Office skills
