Main tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of a five-member team
- Further development and consolidation of supervisory practice in group supervision, including methodological standards and internal processes
- Leading supervisory discussions with insurance groups and active participation in international colleges
- Ensuring the implementation of the performance mandate of the insurance business area
- Active collaboration in the department's management team and shaping cross-departmental cooperation
- Supporting the department management in coordination, alignment, and leadership issues
Profile
- University degree in mathematics, business administration, law, and/or auditing
- At least 8 years of experience in the insurance sector, financial service providers, supervisory authorities, audit firms, or consulting companies - ideally with reference to group supervision, governance, risk, or capital requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory requirements for insurance groups
- Several years of leadership experience and ability to further develop a team both professionally and organizationally
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
- Very good German skills (C2) as well as good French and English skills (B2)
