Your tasks
- You accompany and support learners (FaGe) as well as nursing students HF/FH on their path to becoming nursing professionals.
- You actively shape the learning process – from planning through support to evaluation – thus contributing to practical and successful training.
- With commitment, you conduct educational zones and act as an expert during training completions.
- As a competent contact person, you advise nursing professionals on training matters and support new employees in accompanying learners and students.
- Together with the ward management and subject experts, you contribute to the organisation and further development of the department and actively shape the future of training.
- Fixed accompaniment days, individual one-on-one support as well as regular office days.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH and ideally bring at least two years of professional experience.
- You have already completed pedagogical further training (SVEB I) or are motivated to acquire it.
- Experience in accompanying learners and students, for example as a daily supervisor, is an advantage.
- You convince with your professional competence, your ability to work in a team and your strong communication skills.
- In dealing with learners and students, you act appreciatively, supportively and as an authentic role model.
- Organisational skills, social and personal competence as well as confident handling of common Office applications complete your profile.
