About the job
Your Tasks
- Responsible for managing the central warehouse as well as the decentralized warehouses for medical and non-medical materials including hazardous goods, consistently applying the FIFO and FEFO principles
- Carrying out goods receipt and incoming goods inspection according to internal guidelines and quality requirements.
- Organizing order management for transport services and provisions in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments.
- Ensuring timely deliveries as well as handling complaints and returns in the area of transport logistics.
- Participating in quality inspections and audits in the area of warehouse logistics as well as actively contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement measures.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent, verifiable professional experience of at least three to four years in logistics.
- Good logical-analytical thinking
- Reliable, conscientious, and communicative personality with confident demeanor in contact with internal stakeholders
- Team player, flexible, and willing to engage in various logistical tasks and situations.
- Independent, structured, and careful working style with a high sense of responsibility
