About the job

Your Tasks

Responsible for managing the central warehouse as well as the decentralized warehouses for medical and non-medical materials including hazardous goods, consistently applying the FIFO and FEFO principles
Carrying out goods receipt and incoming goods inspection according to internal guidelines and quality requirements.
Organizing order management for transport services and provisions in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments.
Ensuring timely deliveries as well as handling complaints and returns in the area of transport logistics.
Participating in quality inspections and audits in the area of warehouse logistics as well as actively contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement measures.

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent, verifiable professional experience of at least three to four years in logistics.
Good logical-analytical thinking
Reliable, conscientious, and communicative personality with confident demeanor in contact with internal stakeholders
Team player, flexible, and willing to engage in various logistical tasks and situations.
Independent, structured, and careful working style with a high sense of responsibility
