The Tasks
You start at least three months before the study as a nursing specialist in the intensive care unit. As an expert in intensive care, you accompany people in extraordinary life situations. Your working day includes rapidly changing situations, combined with exciting interventions.Your area of responsibility lies in care, monitoring as well as diagnostics and therapy.Your patients mainly come from our specialist departments of- Internal Medicine
- Traumatology
- Visceral Surgery
- Neurosurgery
- Vascular Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- Gynecology
- Very individual support through a personal vocational training person
- Close support from the medical staff
- 6 - 8 weeks external internship in the intensive care unit of Spital Triemli

What You Must Bring
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or equivalent diploma
- or Bachelor in Nursing from a university or university of applied sciences
- or a diploma in nursing recognized as equivalent by the SBFI (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation)
- for foreign language students: proven language level C1 and fluent command of the German language in speaking and writing
- good PC user skills
- reliable, resilient, motivated and thoughtful personality characterized by teamwork skills
- willingness to work shifts
