What is your job?

• Organizational talent: You keep an overview of all workshop activities, create weekly plans, procure materials, manage inventory, and efficiently assign tasks within the team.
• Communication professional: You are the interface between other departments, suppliers, and your team. You accept orders, obtain quotes, and ensure a smooth process.
• Problem solver: You find quick and creative solutions when things get stuck. Whether it's machine maintenance, truck repairs, locksmith work, or tire changes – you ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Quality guardian: You ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations in all maintenance and repair work.
• Office hero: You keep records, reports, and maintenance documentation to ensure tracking of work and guarantee transparency.

What do you bring?

• Experience: You have already gained experience in managing a workshop or a comparable position.
• Technical know-how: You are well-versed in construction machinery, vehicles, repairs, and workshop processes.
