• You take on the role of a reference person in the interdisciplinary team, providing needs- and resource-oriented individual care and nursing for chronically mentally ill residents.
• You accompany them individually through the nursing process. You also successfully master complex situations.
• You ensure professional nursing care within the nursing standards.
• Your areas of responsibility also include daily life design, administration, and the implementation of medical orders.
• You document and report your observations orally and in writing and maintain an open and communicative approach.
• You contribute your expertise and help shape the future of Psychiatry St.Gallen.

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in psychiatry or long-term care.
• You enjoy working with mentally ill people in a multiprofessional team.
• You have social skills, are balanced and empathetic, and are used to working independently and responsibly.
• You maintain an open, communicative approach with patients and team members.
• You are characterized by high commitment, creativity, and very good German skills (at least C1).
• Your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
