- You are the first point of contact for IT concerns in our department (hardware, permissions, error messages, etc.) and work closely with Informatik Stadt Bern
- You support our specialist applications (SAP RE-FX and subsystems) and help to continuously improve them
- You actively participate in exciting IT projects and help to drive digitalization forward
Profile
- You have completed training in the IT or commercial field, have at least two years of experience in a similar role and in dealing with SAP
- You enjoy contact with people and take pleasure in supporting others and sharing your knowledge
- You are interested in new tools and applications and like to stay up to date with technological developments
- You work independently, structured, and proactively and recognize where action is needed
- You speak, read, and write fluent German
