We are looking for the Site des Pâquis, in Morges, for a:
Occupational Medicine Specialist Doctor at 50 - 100%
The activity rate and start date are to be agreed upon.

YOU HAVE
- A federal specialist title in occupational medicine or equivalent fully registered and recognized by MedReg.
- Confirmed experience in a similar position.
- A collegial spirit and an interest in interdisciplinary work.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Advise the company and its external partners on issues related to employee health and safety.
- Contribute to maintaining and promoting employee health, rehabilitating employees with health problems, and matching each person's health status with their workplace.
- Assess employees' work capacity and especially fitness for the job in the context of legal requirements such as fitness-for-work opinions within preventive medical examinations at hiring, pregnancy, or night work.
- Manage employees in case of occupational risk-related conditions in the care environment (biological, physical, chemical, and psychosocial).
