Project Manager Control Technology Hydropower Plants (m/f/d)

Contribute to the energy future. As a project manager for control technology, you are the driving force behind exciting projects and technical challenges in the field of control technology for hydropower plants in Switzerland. You take responsibility for the planning, implementation, and support of maintenance, new construction, and renovation projects. Your expertise and commitment help ensure that our plants remain state-of-the-art and can be operated sustainably.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Project management for control technology renewals or new constructions of hydropower plants in Switzerland

Preparation of studies, preliminary and main projects, feasibility analyses, and cost estimates

Development and implementation of specifications, concepts, and technical tenders

Leadership of project engineers and designers as well as coordination of external suppliers

Technical advice and support for power plant operations

Supervision of commissioning and warranty work

Compliance with safety regulations and integration of new technical standards

· Profile & Requirements:

You are an electrical engineer FH/ETH and have 5-10 years of professional experience

Experience in technical personnel management within larger projects

Experience in planning and commissioning modern control technology systems

Solid knowledge of modern control, measurement, and regulation technology as well as protection technology

Ideally, you are familiar with cybersecurity in OT systems

You are a team player, communicative, and assertive

Very good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken

Driver's license category B required
