The Galvaswiss Group operates the largest hot-dip galvanizing plants, paint shops, and powder coatings in Switzerland. For our location in Felben-Wellhausen with approx. 125 employees, we are looking for someone immediately or by arrangement
Employee for Order Entry (AVOR) and Plant Administration (m/f/d) 50-60%
We are addressing experienced individuals from the metal construction industry who have good commercial knowledge and maintain a solution-oriented and structured way of working. You have a good command of German, both spoken and written, and are also confident in handling common Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, etc. Shift work is not a problem for you. Your quick comprehension and organizational skills perfectly complete your profile. Ideally, you are also familiar with customs matters and can act as a contact person for relevant questions inside and outside the group.
What to expect from us:
- Control of incoming deliveries and truck loads
- Checking delivery notes for completeness and special customer requests
- Control and, if necessary, correction of delivery notes after consultation with customers
- Coordination of appointment arrangements with the customer (in person or by phone)
- Needs-based technical advice to customers
- Accurate recording and labeling of each workpiece
- Various other plant administrative tasks such as processing and coordinating customs-related concerns
