• Support banking advisors during client meetings.
• Highlight and advise on life and property insurance.
• Prepare and present pension analyses.
• Identify client needs and develop relationships.
• Collaborate with our partners (La Mobilière, Helvetia) and master their product range.
• Share your best practices and actively contribute to establishing fruitful collaboration with internal teams.
• Propose concrete solutions to maximize connections with our existing clientele.

• Commercial or insurance employee CFC, CICERO certified.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, ideally in the field of business insurance.
• Strong knowledge of liability and property insurance (vehicles, machinery park, etc.).
• Mastery of Swiss legal and tax aspects.
• Natural enthusiasm, interpersonal skills, and ability to convince.
• Federal diploma as a financial advisor or equivalent: an asset.
• An active network in the Lavaux–Riviera region would be a real plus.
• Resident in Switzerland.
