Your tasks
- Accompanying and supporting residents according to individual participation planning
- Planning and conducting daily structuring offers and leisure activities
- Care and support in coping with everyday life and promoting self-help
- Active participation in internal quality assurance measures as well as collaboration in the multiprofessional team
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (health and nursing care, elderly care) or completed training as a curative educator, occupational therapist, or social pedagogue
- Educator with special education additional qualification or willingness to obtain it
- Alternatively, completed craft or housekeeping training with pedagogical additional qualification or willingness to complete it
- High commitment, loyalty, and resilience
- Ability and willingness to communicate with residents and their relatives
- Independence and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in shifts
