Tasks
You teach general education (ABU) to classes of different professions, working closely with other teachers. With us, you have the opportunity to help shape the ABU and actively participate in projects of the department and the entire school.
Requirements
Ideally, you already have a diploma as an ABU teacher. However, we are also interested in people who bring exciting educational biographies and have yet to complete their training as an ABU teacher.
It is important to us that you enjoy working with young people. A good sense for adolescent learners is reflected in your high social and self-competence, which also benefits the teaching team. Diversity is a reality among the learners and is also welcome among the teachers.
Teaching is evolving. As an ABU teacher, many skills are needed today: self-organization, digital skills, language support, or bilingual teaching are just some of the areas currently occupying our department. We are curious about which skills you can bring to the further development of the department and collaboration.
We Offer
We value a mixed faculty that is eager and ready to help shape and take responsibility.
We ensure that your start with us is successful thanks to close support from mentors. You will become part of a team that looks forward to working with you and mastering future challenges.
We aim to make teaching more self-directed, individualized, and flexible. The teacher takes on the role of learning facilitator. This process is very exciting but also demanding. If you want to be part of this development, we look forward to your creative application.
We can offer several ABU positions and also wish for a good mix between smaller and larger workloads.
