• As department head, you take on the operational responsibility of the delivery room together with your Shared Governance team and the medical staff
• You lead, challenge, and promote your employees individually and participatively and are aware of your role model function
• With foresight, you take on budget responsibility, design efficient processes together with your team, and ensure the educational mandate
• You actively and passionately promote smooth interprofessional collaboration

• You have both training as a midwife/delivery assistant and recognized leadership training or are willing to undertake such training
• Strong communication skills, high social competence, and initiative are among your strengths, as are your ability to reach consensus and solution orientation
• Leadership is your passion: you put people at the center while always keeping business aspects in focus
