Hey, we are AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG. We are the central shared service center within a family-run group of hygiene paper manufacturers in Switzerland and abroad in Europe.

As AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG, we bundle all overarching functions such as finance, HR, IT, purchasing, sales, and planning and work closely with our production sites Tela (Niederbipp) and Cartaseta (Gretzenbach).

Tela and Cartaseta stand for high-quality hygiene papers, modern technology, and sustainable production processes. While production takes place daily at the plants, we at AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG ensure that the administrative, organizational, and strategic framework conditions are right – practical, efficient, and always in direct exchange with the plants.

Product Manager 50-60% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Product management: Responsibility for product launches and product deactivations including overview of active and inactive products as well as control of the corresponding processes
• Lifecycle management: Coordination of write-offs of finished products and components
• Master data management: Order placement and coordination of master data maintenance in cooperation with planning, purchasing, production, and other interfaces
• Single point of contact: Central interface between sales, planning, purchasing, production, marketing
• Product development: Participation in innovation management as well as further development of existing products, packaging optimization, etc.
• Product adjustments: Analysis, testing, and documentation of changes in paper qualities, semi-finished products, and finished products
• Specification management: Support in the adjustment and maintenance of product specifications
• Calculation & profitability: Obtaining and reviewing manufacturing and full costs in cooperation with controlling
• Approval processes: Coordination and support of quality assurance approvals, FPS processes as well as coordination with planning and logistics
• Process optimization: Continuous improvement and further development of product-related processes
• Project management: Leading and/or participating in interdisciplinary projects in the areas of product, market, and portfolio
• Market & portfolio development: Participation in market analyses, product design as well as brand and portfolio strategies

Profile

• Education: Commercial training and/or advanced training in business administration, sales, marketing, or product management (HF/FH) or comparable professional experience
• Professional experience: Experience in sales or product management, ideally in the consumer goods industry
• IT skills: Very good IT user skills, especially in Excel
• Communication skills: Strong communication and documentation skills
• Initiative: High self-motivation and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
• Organizational talent: Ability to structure and successfully implement several projects in parallel
• Independence: Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form
