Your mission:

• provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the current care philosophy
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institution
• evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming at the constant improvement of your interventions
• participate in the development of the service
• supervise trainees and new staff

Your profile:

• bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent training
• 2 years of experience in acute care, an asset
• experience in the field of surgery, an asset
• proficiency in French or German, with good knowledge of the partner language
• particular interest in multidisciplinary work
• ability to work independently and in a team
• organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• computer skills
• flexibility, commitment, and ability to accept changes

Tasks

• You provide high-quality nursing care in collaboration with patients and their environment, taking into account the applicable nursing guidelines.
• You promote interdisciplinary cooperation and actively participate in it, both at the team and hospital level.
• You assess your performance and adjust it in the sense of continuous quality improvement.
• You contribute to the further development of the department.
• You supervise trainees and new employees.

Profile

• Bachelor in nursing or equivalent training
• At least two years of experience in acute care is an advantage
• Experience in the field of surgery is an advantage
• German or French with good knowledge of the other language
• Strong interest in multidisciplinary work
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Computer skills
• Flexibility, commitment, and willingness to adapt to changes
