Main Duties and Responsibilities

Support project planning and documentation by assisting with the development of timelines, tracking tools, and internal reports to ensure structured project delivery

Coordinate regional rollouts, helping to manage logistics, gather feedback from local teams, and monitor progress across multiple countries

Assist in internal communications, ensuring clear information flow between key departments such as Culinary, IT, and HR
-
Prepare presentation and meeting materials for both internal briefings and stakeholder updates, ensuring high-quality, well-structured outputs

Contribute to SOP implementation by helping document new procedures, organizing materials, and ensuring version control across regions
Core Competencies & Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field

Demonstrated interest in culinary operations, project-based work, and the hospitality or airline industry through studies or extracurricular involvement

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with project tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Project) is a plus

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong advantage in our global environment

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with a team mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace
