Operations ensure secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure that all activities comply with regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern and robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable and high-quality services for wealth management, asset management, and real estate.
We are looking for a Cards Administration Specialist for the Transaction Services department. Your mission will be to ensure the administrative management of bank cards (issuance, renewal, blocking, transaction monitoring) while guaranteeing service quality and compliance with internal and regulatory procedures.
Your role
- Manage orders, cancellations, and blocking of bank cards (debit, credit, prepaid).
- Monitor card-related operations (activation, opposition, limit management, etc.).
- Respond to managers' questions and maintain contact with card issuers.
- Update databases and relevant platforms (limits, currencies, card numbers, expiration dates, etc.).
- Ensure risk management is controlled at every stage of transaction processing, including when updating procedures.
- Analyze existing processes to identify productivity gains and apply Agile and Lean working methods.
Your profile
- Banking/economic-oriented maturity education or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in banking operations.
- Proficiency in common MS Office computer tools.
- Innovative spirit, curiosity, and a taste for process improvement.
- Strong interest and ease in using new technologies and computer tools (Artificial Intelligence, VBA, Python, Power Query, …).
- French/English, fluent written and oral communication.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent mastery of process and priority management, precise.
- Residence in Switzerland required.
