About the job

Your tasks, responsibilities:

• Acquisition & Development: You acquire new concept partners and actively drive the strategic development of our garage concept.
• Customer advice & support: You are close to the customer, understand their needs and advise them practically – from marketing campaigns, websites and social media appearances to content creation and blog posts, as well as interior and exterior building signage.
• Project implementation & initiative: You tackle projects yourself, bring fresh ideas and creativity to further strengthen our concept.
• Strategic thinking & overview: You keep the big picture in mind, identify opportunities for optimisation and implement them purposefully.
• Organisation & events: You plan and conduct customer visits, events and trade fair appearances, ensuring our concept partners have an impressive experience.
• Teamwork & internal coordination: You work closely with the internal service team, use their support efficiently and actively shape the collaboration.
• Monitoring & contract management: You ensure compliance with all contractual modalities and monitor important processes.

Your profile:

• You have a commercial or technical basic education as well as further training in marketing, business administration or sales.
• Ideally, you bring experience in field service or a comparable role – key account experience is a plus.
• You have a good understanding of marketing and can empathise with different businesses, recognise needs and develop practical solutions.
• You convince with your consulting and sales skills and present yourself confidently, engagingly and professionally to customers.
• You work very independently, proactively and in a structured manner, keep an overview even in hectic times and work efficiently and precisely.
• You think entrepreneurially, recognise potential and bring new ideas and fresh momentum to our garage concept.
• You are a team player and work closely with the internal service team.
• Very good German and French skills at C-level (spoken and written) are mandatory, as you independently manage the support of our concept partners in German-speaking and Western Switzerland.
• You are proficient in common Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• You are willing to undertake 60–80% travel activity within the whole of Switzerland.
