We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and dynamic personality to help shape and drive the further development of our youngest department, construction management. In this key role, you will design the structures and strategies for efficient construction management and be responsible for the successful implementation of our construction projects. Construction Management Project Manager (m/f) 80-100% Your tasks: * Support in the further development and expansion of the construction management department, in close cooperation with the existing team of two people * Phase- and deadline-compliant planning (layout planning) * Coordinating and leading planners, specialists, and contractors * Obtaining approvals and decisions from clients, authorities, and offices * Creating phase-appropriate schedules for tenders and execution * Creating construction sequences and logistics, considering contractual and project-related framework conditions * Invoice control and financial project management * Leading and recording meetings * Control and management (costs / deadlines / quality) * Participation in the development of internal processes, standards, and tools for construction management * Support in acquisition * Building and expanding a network in the industry Requirements: * Higher education in construction (e.g., architecture, civil engineering, construction economics, or comparable qualification) * Experience in project management and client representation * Solid knowledge in construction management, project management, cost planning, schedule control, and contract management * Extensive network in construction management, architecture, and client trusteeship * Entrepreneurial thinking as well as enthusiasm for building up and further developing a division * Leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility * Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with planners, contractors, and authorities * Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style * Knowledge of construction and contract law, standards, and guidelines * Confident handling of digital tools in construction management (e.g., Messerli, ProjektPro, MS Project, or comparable) * Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners H&B offers you: * A dynamic working environment in a growing company with exciting development opportunities. * Opportunities for further education and personal development. * Flexible working hours and the possibility to work 40% of the workload from home office. * A collegial team that values collaboration and support. * Opportunity to gain leadership experience. * Modern office facilities and infrastructure in the heart of Zurich near the main station. * Various voluntary company activities If you are ready to take on a central role in our construction management and contribute your expertise and experience, we look forward to meeting you.
