What you will achieve

Preparing customer offers and creating technical concepts
Responsible for the execution planning, setup, and commissioning of our fire alarm systems
Supporting customer inquiries and technical support
Coordinating projects on-site as well as handing over and instructing the systems to the customer
Planning deployment and providing technical guidance to employees
Creating technical documentation and performing administrative tasks
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for your actions

What you bring

Completed training as an electrician, automation technician (EFZ), or equivalent vocational training
Ideally, further training as a fire alarm systems specialist VKF or the willingness to complete this
Experience in project management and/or completed business management training
Flexible working style and high personal responsibility
Ability to independently plan and organize your own working hours
Willingness to travel and driver's license category B
Strong customer and service orientation
Doer type who can inspire people
