Your Tasks

Project Management / Project Collaboration Development
Conceptualisation, development and support of new product generations (bricks / roof tiles) – from raw material to market maturity
Investment Management
Planning and implementation of new production facilities and infrastructure projects (e.g. robotics, handling systems, kiln / dryer)
Energy and Sustainability Projects
Development and implementation of measures to reduce energy consumption (PV systems, heat recovery, heat exchangers), renewable energies, CO2 roadmap and CO2 monitoring as well as environmental management
Process Optimisation
Analysis and improvement of existing manufacturing processes regarding quality assurance and productivity efficiency
Interface Management
Collaboration with internal teams as well as management of external service providers and plant manufacturers

Your Competence – Our Requirements

Completed studies as a Mechanical Engineer (FH/ETH) or Energy Technology Engineer or comparable technical education
Experience in project management, ideally in industrial plant construction or the building materials industry
Sound understanding of thermal process engineering as well as topics related to energy efficiency is a great advantage
Structured, solution-oriented personality with a high degree of initiative and quality awareness
Business fluent German, French is an advantage, other languages are a plus for collaboration with international plant manufacturers
