About the job

We are looking for an
Operations Manager 100% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

You take over the management of the operation according to business management principles, ensure sustainable success and bring in innovative ideas
With commitment, you lead, recruit, train and develop your team and strengthen a motivating and positive work culture
You are responsible for administrative tasks such as accounting, budget control and personnel administration – you keep the operation organizationally on a successful course
You actively pitch in at the operation and use your energy and ideas to continuously develop the business activity
You maintain contact with customers, guests, suppliers and other interfaces, build trusting partnerships and strengthen the operation sustainably
Whether internal or external events – you organize and lead them, create special experiences and ensure unforgettable moments
Working hours: Monday to Friday during office hours, every 2 months weekend and evening shifts

Your profile

You have completed vocational training in the gastronomy sector such as hotel management school, ideally combined with a G2 operations manager certificate
You bring 2–4 years of leadership experience from a small or medium-sized gastronomy operation – ideally in the banking or insurance industry and dealing with demanding customers
As a host personality, you score with high social competence, a winning appearance as well as an organized and solution-oriented way of working
You are IT-savvy and have solid knowledge in calculation and inventory management systems
You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, as well as good French skills
You hold a category B driving license
An impeccable reputation is required
