Technical Clerk Return (a)

Galliker Service AG prepares new cars from various manufacturers for the Swiss market. In addition, it carries out series, conversion, and various workshop tasks on a contract basis for importers, corporate customers, rental, leasing companies, and dealers. For the relevant car brands, Galliker Service AG is also responsible for delivering and taking back rental and leasing vehicles and performs all types of workshop, bodywork, and paint jobs in the service of customers.

To complement our team in the return area for rental and leasing vehicles, we are looking for you as support.

• Calculating valuations of ex-leasing vehicles & rental cars
• Calculating general repair orders
• Filling out and completing work cards
• Clarifying insurance cases
• Monitoring the deadlines of dealer calls for their vehicles
• Personal customer support for inquiries or complaints
• Various administrative tasks

• EFZ as bodywork tinsmith, bodywork painter, car mechanic, or mechatronics technician
• Ideally additional commercial training (office diploma, commercial school diploma, or TK)
• Independent, proactive, reliable, team player, conscientious, resilient
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
