For our Legal Department Debt Collection, we are looking for a Debt Collection Clerk (80–100%) to start on January 1, 2026, or by agreement at the headquarters in Lausanne.
Your tasks:
- Independent and complete processing of files from the initiation of debt collection, whether for premiums, deductibles, or recourse claims related to claims, in compliance with internal guidelines and careful process management
- Establishing and maintaining diverse written and telephone contacts with Vaudoise agencies, debt collection and bankruptcy offices, courts, as well as customers – always in a cooperative and professional spirit
- Analysis of financial situations as well as granting and negotiating reasonable payment terms
- Monitoring and processing of incoming payments in direct collaboration with debt collection to ensure efficient cash flow management
- Supporting and advising Vaudoise agencies on all questions related to legal disputes through practical recommendations and professional expertise
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of monitoring and debt collection processes through suggestions that contribute to efficiency and quality enhancement
Your profile:
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German and French, Italian skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Federal Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act and several years of experience in this field in Switzerland
- Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
