What can you expect?
- Responsibility for your own customer portfolio as well as targeted expansion of the customer base through active new customer acquisition
- Comprehensive advice in the areas of housing including independent preparation of credit analyses as well as finances, saving, investing and retirement planning
- Development of tailored financial solutions taking into account the personal goals, needs and life situations of the customers
- Participation in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, customer events and representative tasks
- Bringing in your own ideas and impulses for the further development and shaping of the bank
What do you bring with you?
- Completed banking training or equivalent education with experience in banking, a specific further education in banking or finance is desirable
- Experience in the areas of mortgage, asset and pension advice
- Strong customer and sales orientation as well as high digital affinity
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact, strong service orientation and very good communication skills
- Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
