This is what you can achieve
- Responsible for all questions of system logistics in the offer, development, and realization phases as subproject manager ILS
- Responsible for the preparation of offers and service descriptions as well as product- and project-specific ILS concepts and ILS plans for newly developed or modified systems and for their timely and quality-compliant implementation
- Conducting the required Logistics Support Analyses (LSA), especially Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCC) according to established standards
- Responsibility for project plan costs and deadlines in the ILS area as well as, in close coordination with the technical project manager, responsible for project planning and execution
- Responsible for obsolescence management within the framework of the SLA
- Creation of training concepts, materials, and teaching materials as well as preparation and execution of training sessions
- Support of engineering in the area of RAMS engineering, configuration management, and change service as well as support in the preparation of technical documentation and conducting change conferences
- Support of the system manager in the technical and logistical area, especially for the Leopard main battle tank and family vehicles, conducting needs-based clarifications as well as participation in system-specific Pz 87 Leo meetings and internal and external discussions
This is what you bring with you
- Completed technical training (specializing in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering), with further training as a technician HF or Dipl.-Ing (FH)/(TH) or several years of experience (6 years or more) in the ILS environment
- Several years of professional experience in a technical as well as project-specific environment in a similar industry
- Experience in the military environment of troop logistics and maintenance is an advantage
- Experience with configuration and change management (handling drawings, parts lists, and electronic spare parts catalogs)
- Very structured, process-oriented, and detail-oriented working style
- Solid MS Office skills and in SAP (S4/Hana)
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Team-capable, flexible, independent, and responsible working
- Fluent German, good English skills, French skills are an advantage
