• Overall responsibility for the financial and operational aspects of the security systems division
• Participation in the development and implementation of strategic goals as well as the conceptual orientation of the division
• Responsibility for personnel planning, recruitment, and leadership within the security systems department
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees including coaching and further development according to current and future requirements
• Responsibility for the technical and organizational management of customer projects in the areas of security technology, door systems, and emergency exits
• Ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient project execution
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant customer requirements, contracts, and specifications
• Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners
• Organization and management of support, including problem solving, report creation, and escalation of critical issues
• Identification of technical, financial, and procedural risks as well as development of solutions to minimize risks
• Project controlling regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Responsibility for correct and timely invoicing of projects
• Optimization of work, installation, and support processes as well as continuous development of existing procedures

• Completed technical basic or further training in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, automation, or security technology
• Several years of professional experience as well as leadership experience in a comparable function
• Sound knowledge in the areas of security technology, door systems, and network technology
• Good business management knowledge, experience in project controlling is an advantage
• Experience in customer consulting, project management, and dealing with external partners and authorities
• High solution orientation, structured and independent working style as well as pronounced service orientation
• Very good communication skills and negotiation skills
• High resilience, assertiveness, and leadership strength
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
