As a Key Account Sales Consultant, your top priority is to expand and maintain relationships with your existing regional major customer base. You are strategically and operationally responsible for the sales potential of your sales area. Through your targeted market analysis and competitive observation, you manage to sustainably exploit the potential of your customers successfully. Based on your insights and your efficient appointment and route planning, you succeed in being close to your customers daily and inspiring them. Whether on the construction site, in the magazine, or with managing directors in the office – you find the most efficient solution for each individual customer need. You demonstrate the most innovative products in the industry and market state-of-the-art software as well as all services and support that belong to the Hilti package.What you bring:
- Strong interest in sales topics and several years of sales experience in the field or leadership experience, for example as a project or team leader
- Advantageous: A successfully completed training as a sales specialist or technical sales clerk
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, structured working style, seniority, and a networked way of thinking
- A confident and dynamic appearance, consulting competence, and negotiation skills combined with a high degree of empathy
- Enjoyment in being on the road with customers daily
- High level of self-motivation as well as good self- and time management
- Fluent German and Swiss German skills
- Valid driver's license
