Night Shift Employee
10% - 100% | Wilderswil
For our residential area SCHLÖSSLI in Wilderswil with around 20 places, we are looking for reliable people.
Tasks to be done
- You sleep on site and are available for residents in case of emergency
- Locking and unlocking rounds
- Preparing breakfast
- Simple medical tasks
- Documentation of events
What we expect from you
- Empathy and good intuition in dealing with people
- Ability to convey a sense of security and comfort
- Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality
- Willingness to work at night, including weekends and holidays
- Interest in social pedagogical work and/or experience in a social or health sector
What awaits you
- Shifts from 9:30 p.m. to 7:10 a.m.
- Compensation CHF 160 per night
- Responsible and meaningful task in a small manageable residential home
