Kloster Ingenbohl is the headquarters of an international community of sisters. In the Swiss province
there are 285 nuns. At several locations and in various departments, we offer around 300 employees of different ages, various nationalities, and different religious affiliations a workplace.
In Brunnen, in addition to our retirement center with 78 places (also with external residents), we run a health center with internal home care for all sisters and a assisted living department.
For the activation team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement:
Certified Activation Specialist HF with Team Leadership 80-100%
Your area of responsibility
Ensuring and further developing needs- and resource-oriented offers for the residents and the sisters (together with the activation specialist team)
Organizational and personnel management of the activation area
Co-responsibility for events, celebrations, and excursions of the residents
Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing & care
Proper documentation in the internal documentation system
We expect from you:
Completed training and experience as a Certified Activation Specialist HF
High communication and teamwork skills as well as a resource-oriented attitude
Empathy, patience, and joy in dealing with elderly people
Understanding of the life situation of the sisters
Creative and organizational skills
Flexibility, resilience, independence, and business thinking
